Make Me Holy is mix of contemporary Christian, gospel blues, r&b and reggae. Her single Make Me Holy was released on iTunes, Amazon MP3 and Spotify on March 15th, 2015

Alida is an American currently serving, along with her husband Tom, as a missionary in Belize. She is not only a singer and songwriter but is also a counselor and works with teen girls and women who have been abused or exploited at the Child Development Foundation (CDF). She donates 10% of her album sales toward the building of Gomer House, CDF’s Training and Rehabilitation Facility for Women and Girls in Belize.

Alida grew up singing in church and was influenced by gospel as well as R&B, and classical music. However, it wasn’t until she came to Belize that the songwriter in her was actually born. She is proof that age is only a number! Her songwriting reveals a depth of experiences in life, in love, and with her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Alida had the honor to open for Nicole C. Mullen, an American award-winning singer, songwriter, and choreographer at her first concert held in Belize. Her producer Mervin Budram, Jr. says “Alida’s music touches the deep places of the soul and brings a release and sense of peace. You know there is hope and it’s going to be OK despite how difficult the circumstances you are facing.”
